Users declare that they are of legal age or legally incorporated entities. Purchasing pieces through this website is entirely voluntary. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between PAVO REAL Metal Hecho Arte and its users in all matters relating to the website, sales channels and our physical showroom.

Before a purchase is made, our website clearly provides the available payment methods, estimated production and delivery times, the existence of the right of withdrawal, the warranty procedure, and the channel available for submitting requests, complaints and claims.

3. Production and delivery times
Most of our pieces are handmade to order. The current estimated production period is thirty (30) to forty-five (45) calendar days, counted from payment confirmation and excluding the carrier's transit time. This period may vary according to production workload; the applicable timeframe for each item is shown on its product page and confirmed before the purchase is completed. Any subsequent change will be communicated promptly.

4. Prices, payments and payment methods
Published prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and shown to the customer before payment is made.
PAVO REAL Metal Hecho Arte uses secure payment gateways and other payment methods that may be announced through the website.
5. Withdrawal, exchanges, warranty and customer requests
The conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, exchanges, the statutory warranty for our pieces, and the procedure for requests, complaints, claims and suggestions are fully set out in our Right of Withdrawal, Exchanges, Warranty & Customer Requests Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Acceptance and effective date
The user accepts these Terms & Conditions by confirming a purchase through the website and, where required by the payment process, by selecting the corresponding acceptance box.
Any amendments will be published on the website and take effect five (5) calendar days after publication, unless otherwise required by law.
